At Caswell-Massey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of America’s original apothecary goods. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all apothecary bottles and fragrance vials are well-protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return box, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
